NTICN Focus
The NTICN focuses its efforts on three areas of economic gain for the Northern Territory:
- Facilitating maximum local content purchases on major projects
- Facilitating maximum local content on sales and purchases made by local Northern Territory businesses and developing business to business opportunities
- Monitoring all aspects of Local Content Policy and Government procurement. NTICN is also the first point of contact by Northern Territory Government departments and agencies involved in the purchasing of goods and services
The NTICN is the proactive, impartial, recognised leader in procurement research and industry capability information that matches competitive sellers and legitimate buyers to create maximum local content in Northern Territory businesses and projects.
Working to promote local and Australian suppliers, the NTICN maintains an active, personal and confidential consultancy that increases economic benefit and prosperity in the Northern Territory.
The NTICN is a private company owned jointly by the Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory and the Territory Construction Association, with support from the Northern Territory Department of Business and Employment (DBE) to provide this free industry service.
We are a member of the ICN Limited Network which spans across Australia and New Zealand.
The NTICN is an industry-based organisation promoting and supporting Northern Territory and Australian Suppliers of goods and services.

The NTICN is a private company with a Board of Directors comprising industry representatives from the joint owners of the company [the Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory and the Territory Construction Association] and representation from the Northern Territory Government.
